Ichi Ichi Studio is a Kyoto-based kimono rental and photography studio created by two cat lovers who cherish the quiet charm of everyday beauty. Blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with a touch of Western whimsy, we specialize in cat-themed kimonos that are playful, nostalgic, and uniquely expressive. Many of our kimonos feature custom details and personal touches, offering a one-of-a-kind look for each guest.
Our photography services include kimono portrait sessions, family shoots, travel photography, and intimate pre-wedding experiences — all set against the seasonal backdrop of Kyoto. Whether in a peaceful shrine, a sun-drenched alley, or a hidden garden, we aim to capture not just how you look, but how you feel in that moment.
The studio is also home to our two beloved feline managers — Kana (カナ) and Taku (タク) — who occasionally grace us with their presence and remind us to enjoy the slow, gentle moments in life.
